Shadow Float V2 · live on Arc testnet

Agents can buy services without pre-funding every wallet.

Shadow Float lets a sponsor reserve Arc USDC for an agent. The agent signs a bounded intent, the contract pays the provider, debt opens, repayment restores capacity, and oversized requests are blocked before funds move.

External builders have used the V2 path, external sponsors have opened lines, and the autonomous desk publishes live decisions that are bound to onchain receipts.

Circle CCTP minted Sepolia USDC onto Arc and funded a live Float reserve; Gateway remains supporting settlement context while the core proof path is the V2 contract paying providers from sponsor-backed Arc USDC.
